Women's and Teens Circles

Nurturing and healing energies are just amplified when we are with our soul sisters....our tribe.

If everything is energy, then it stands to reason that there is immense power available to us when we manifest and hold space for one another. Collaborative manifestation occurs when we hold our own desires and the yearnings of our fellow soul sisters in our hearts. In sharing our dreams, desires, and yearnings, we give them voice—not just for ourselves, but for other women and the universe. We call in a supportive energy that can guide us on our journeys and transformations.

"Our hearts often ache to find a place of belonging beyond the virtual world."

We often long to belong to something deeper than the curated, photo-shopped images and edited versions of life that we see on social media. The disconnected, yet "pseudo-connected," experience of having friends on Facebook or Instagram cannot replace our innate need as social beings to be present with real, genuine people.

We yearn for the comfort of others who are grappling with the same struggles—our inner journeys, our roles as women, as partners, as mothers, daughters, siblings, friends, and colleagues. It is in these relationships, within a community of support, where we can truly thrive.

The offerings of feminine togetherness—support, celebration, ritual, and deep introspection—help us go within so we can go back out into the world more grounded. Much like a tired body longing for a massage or a day at the hot springs, our souls and psyches also require the same level of care and attention that we aim to give our bodies.

Perhaps sometimes, women’s circles provide a safe space for us to confront and become more comfortable with our discomfort, knowing that everything—just like the seasons—has its cycles. A place where we can sit with uncertainty and trust in the unfolding of what lies ahead. This journey isn’t meant to be undertaken in isolation; it’s meant to be shared with a tribe of fellow women who understand the stirrings, the triumphs, and the victories that make this life’s journey so mysterious.

So come and gather—your tribe is seeking you, just as you are seeking them. It is a space where we can simply be, without apology, without excuses, to see and feel things as they are. A place to sit in the rawness of what life has handed us, which may stand in stark contrast to the poised, manicured versions we often present to the world.

Participating in a Women's Circle – What Can It Offer Me?

A women’s circle is a unique and dynamic gathering that provides a safe, protected space for women to speak their truth. It allows you to tune in—not just with your ears, but with your heart, knowing that other women may relate to your story and hold space for you as you share yours. However, a women’s circle is not a therapy group.

How Is a Women’s Circle Conducted?

Women’s circles typically begin with a “Check-In,” where each woman shares what she’s experiencing in the moment—her triumphs, her struggles, and everything in between. As each person shares, participants offer uninterrupted attention. There’s no need for commentary or “fixing” the person sharing. The richness of the space comes from simply being present, offering non-judgmental support and safety.

"A Safe Place to Calm the Chaos and Soothe the Self-Doubt"

Women’s circles provide a safe place to be heard and understood. When we’re alone, our experiences and interpretations can become distorted, clouded, and unsettling. We often silence our inner stirrings, pushing our needs to the bottom of an ever-growing to-do list, prioritizing everyone else’s needs over our own. Many women feel taken for granted, overburdened, and unappreciated. This intentional, purposeful space opens doors to address life’s challenges more productively.

Women's Circle Is an Ideal Fit If You Are Seeking:

  • A gentle, supportive, and nurturing environment to look forward to each month.
  • A much-needed “time out” that leaves you feeling rejuvenated (without the hangover!).
  • A protected space that anchors you and helps you gain clarity when things feel out of whack.
  • A space to tap into your inner wisdom, stop second-guessing, and overcome the self-doubt that leads to exhaustion and stagnation.
  • A nurturing environment for your emotional health, so you’ll have more to give to those who rely on you.
